We believe lawyers need better tools and data to manage and understand contract risk in today’s complex corporate environments.

A collaboration with leading technology law firm Taylor Vinters LLP, ThoughtRiver was established in 2013 to address the insight and productivity gap in today’s contract processes.

Our dynamic and experienced team of legal and technology experts operates from offices in Cambridge, London and Singapore.

Business loves simplicity. Our simple approach helps lawyers and non-lawyers focus on the important stuff.

Graphics communicate faster. If we can say it with a chart, we do.

We understand the technology. We understand the legal issues. You get integrated support at a level that suits you.
